Wait. I have been doing the ponytail since I was a teen in the 80s. When exactly did it become cool? It's cool now? Most people I know think of it as one of my boring or annoying traits. I like my ponytail. If it ever actually becomes -cool-, I might reconsider that. Not that I am a defiant d-ck but I don't even like being associated with hipster tools. I never want to be accused of liking something just because everyone else likes it. That happened a LOT after my love of The Beatles in the 80s stopped being nerdy to being cool in my 20s in the 90s among other things.

Have you guys ever tried top 10 costume changes or outfits for characters? Either a worst to best, a weirdest to coolest, or an evolution of outfits throughout the years that characters go through would be nice. Would be good too if you could limit it to one character per list.

My opinion for all the characters depends on many factors.
For comics it-s how they-re written and designed.
For live action TV & Movies it-s depends on actor, the writing, budget, realistic capabilities, ect
For cartoon & anime it-s a combination of both

How was Iron man not well known before the movie?
Multiple headline comic series, 90s cartoon, main role in civil war(comic and movie, and founding avenger. Even pulled off an alcohol problem with no real powers and still got popular before the movies.

I like the Iron Avengers from Earth X: they were Iron Man armors with the mental patterns and memories of the Avengers (Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver, Hawkeye, Giant Man, and the Wasp) and led by the Vision.
