I might be a bit biased here but got to say that Harley quinn is nostalgic has better costumes and showed actual character growth by leaving the joker and becoming her own person
Punchline sounds just like Harley but she does not interest me mainly because she's too similar to Harley quinn not to mention her design is very boring and doesn't feel very creative maybe I might warm up to her in future if they flesh her character out but for now she doesn't have enough character development for me to care at all.
Though I imagine Punchline is more dangerous and stronger than Harley that's a plus for her character I guess.

Head cannon: punchline had seen the joker around and was in love, when she found out about Harley Quinn, she got jealous and tried to prove herself as better than Harley by killing people. Harley didn-t care as (since the BOP movie) she is no longer with the joker.
The joker sees her as more of his personal assassin rather than a lover
(This is all a head cannon, so inaccuracies are on purpose)

I like this triangle. Punchline will eventually get her shine but she-s kinda in Harleys shadow right now. But Joker wants his Harlequin back. They have serious history between each other. Punchline needs her own storyline that-s away from Harley where she-s more into the Joker. We need a Joker/Punchline story.

As much as as I like Harley Quinn I'm going to side with punchline on this one mainly because she's a fresh new face and it's good to finally see a fresh new face that solid because believe it or not I'm getting of seeing Harley Quinn I finally want to see someone different

I really don't see Punchline winning. Harley is more experienced and has some general physical enhancements as well as resilience against poisons thanks to Poison Ivy. But you probably wouldn't get as many comments for giving HQ the win soooo.
