Batman and Joker are a classic archetype of the hostile brothers. They're the chaos vs order or the yin and the yang but with the added twist that all of the good that Batman does is done in the darkest of ways while the Joker makes light of the most evil and violent crimes that he commits. Like the yin-yang - where there is a spot of darkness in the light, and a spot of light in the darkness, they are very profound and powerful opposing forces; this is why they joker is the main arch nemesis of Batman.

I hate Joker. Because DC uses him more and more times. There are so many villains but only uses him like Lex Luthor, Deathstroke, Ra's Al Ghul etc
