I would also add to the list Kid Miracleman from Alan Moore's -Miracleman-. He's the OG evil Superman that does truly horrifying things that likely inspired the -Injustice- Superman, Plutonian from -Irredeemable- and even Homelander from -The Boys-. It's like if a serial killer and a psychopath had the powers of the man of steel, there's no limit to his imagination when killing.

So. can someone tell me what makes Zsasz, professor pyg and scarecrow SUPER villains. they are villains. Super villains I would assume would imply some sort of super power. suddenly every villain is counted as a super villain nowadays.
