I believe there was a What If? where Tony sent his armors into space. Eventually, they landed on a planet with primitives. The primitives learned how to use the armors over hundreds of years and based their society around them. In a follow up story, the 'armor aliens' pulled Tony into their future to have him solve the problem of over using the armors and industrial pollution on their planet.
