The spot I've always thought was an interesting character because if his spots were more versatile (having more control over the placement as well as being able to have them return to him whenever) I feel like he could be decently threatening even if he's only like building level or whatever

The Spot is actually fairly cool, in comparison to Pete Petruski, aka earlier nickname: -Paste-Pot Pete-, to later become the much better named -Trapster-. Rocket Racer could either be on here or on the -Coolest Spiderman villains turned Allies- list, like Sandman & Beetle, and Black Cat.
