Can we add under the Harley Quinn stuff how he almost kills her in the animated series for capturing Batman without him? Its also kinda of funny because if I remember he also apologizes to Batman and lets him go

i personally would have put the joke too far on this list i know it wasn't the main universe joker but it did end up creating one of the biggest threats in all of dc history
