I will agree with you guys and girls at Top Ten Nerd with the number one and two two spots on this list. Even though, I think Doctor Octopus is a much better villian and The Superior Spider-Man story arc was just fantastic and one of the best in my book.
Anyways, could you guys and girls at Top Ten Nerd do a second part to this video and maybe do The Top DC comics villains who won.

Can't really argue with the list but it's worth noting that Doc Oc is also the first villain to truly beat Spidey he actually was going to quit being Spider-Man after that loss until Johnny Storm made a appearance at Peter's school to give the students a motivational speech of sorts. It really struck a cord with Peter.
