The problem with this Loki is that when he was testifying he was told that everything the avengers did was meant to happen and you can explain it by saying that they rectify everything by returning the infinity stones and only what happened to Loki his scape was the only thing outside the sacred timeline and TVA destroy that branch when they caught Loki but something that is not mention is that captain America in the end of endgame made himself a time variant why wasn't him arrested by the TVA and his timeline reset? Doesn't make sense
