I feel like legion should have been on the list. I know he isnt always a pure villian but neither is loki so. he deffinently would be more than omega level with the whole able to destroy all of life, matter, molecules, and the entirety of the universe. both literally and consciously (like unable to even be the idea of thought or life) I suppose everyone always puts legion on there lists though and you guys probably wanted to do something less obvious -

Not sure if was said - but there is one character that could be on that list - Molecule Man which I'm sure you know what he can do. Also, the Beyonder is pretty OP too.

If you are doing villains from the comics, Hela is Loki-s daughter! Only Odin-s daughter in the cinematic universe. They screwed that one up.
