The easiest answer about vampiric kryptonians is no, never. Apart from that the yellow sun weakness would be rendered null, as highlighted redsun would be this hypothetical character's greatest weakness. Wooden stakes would be rendered null in effect as well. Beyond a red sun still being a threat (if not moreso) kryptonite would be the only other weakness. You may be able to cause the vampiric kryptonian blindness or deafness momentarily but I would not count at least entirely on it. Meanwhile if such a multifandom character were to come to be he would possess the full extra perks of being kryptonian while under blue sunlight. Red sunlight would becthe most effectivr weapon rendering him at the very least a quarter of his strength and sick. Then kryptonite would still be a good backup due to a vampire having no explicitly set resistances to alien substances. I would argue that due to the kryptonian physiology this charactet would not be harmed by wooden stakes. If not then it would hurt them about as much as stabbing a regular human in likewise fashion with like a knife or whatnot. Therefore in the long run a vampiric kryptonian would lead a shockingly human comparative life. Only when undet the light of a blue star would this combo be effective. In otherwords you would end up with a fairly normal guy, that wgen placed under hyperspecific circumstances would be stronger, very slightly surpassing a more normal kryptonian.

-Nobody really likes Vampires-? I'm a long time fan of vampires (and Sherlock Homes) and way back in my youth I decide that if a book had Vampires (or Sherlock Holmes) I'd read it. (I mention Sherlock Holmes, because it's surprising how often the two are combined) And there are quite a few stories I've really liked, and sometimes I even like the vampire. (I strongly recommend Fred Saberhagen's Dracula series)
As always thank you so very much for the video. (Blah-blah-blah)

When it comes down to vampires, I am not a big fan of them, just because they are used way to much in comics and other media.
Nevertheless, I have say that you do a wonderful job on this video, Connor. Really enjoyed the fact that you used information from video games and television series to create this video list.
Also enjoyed that fact that you are a fan of Danny Phantom and the 90's Spider-Man animated series.

The only way a vampire infecting Superman works is if you understand vampires are supernatural beings. The idea of the blood being toxic to vampires works from a scientific point of view. From a supernatural fiction point of view, draining this pure life essence from Superman may increase the monster's power a thousandfold.

Interesting idea, vampire superman. I'm not sure how those powers would work at all. Ultraman kinda makes some sense because he needs kryptonite for his powers, but I'm not sure how sups would work with that. Any thoughts? Pretty sure wooden stakes wouldn't do much to either of them though(sups or ultraman)

You're telling me you remembered Ultraman. but forgot the OP vampire who sired him! Mandrakk turned Ultraman and Mandrakk is the most powerful vampire in all of fiction. People are literally saying he can solo fiction and he's referred to as the ultimate villain to all of DC.

speaking of Superman bitten by a vampire, i seem to remember that a different comic had an alternate take on that: the vampire sucked some of his blood but then EXPLODED because Superman is basically solar-powered

Fantastic and I think super man would make a better vampire then Batman ever was too. What about spike, Angel, Darla and the master from Buffy the vampire slayer/Angel too. Amazing job Conner from top ten nerds

Superman is vulnerable to magic and most vampires are magical creatures depending on origin story so he can be bitten by vampires, turned into one and be killed by one given the right circumstances
reply

Yeah, Superman has a weakness to manic too, so vampires are of the supernatural, and their whole thing they-re magic also, and it-s weird you have this in November, and it being way past Halloween too-.
