Remember when Lex Luthor got cancer because of kryptonite? Batman should be fighting chemo at this point with all the kryptonite he keeps on him, not criminals. He's definitely got a piece of it in his utility belt, and apparently he chews radioactive gum as well, not to mention all the weapons he's got that have kryptonite in them.
