Ehh. weren't the X-Men mostly teens when Lee was writing them? For that matter, isn't Spiderman always written as if he was (still) a teenager?
Edit: also, seriously! Raven's relationship with Beastboy is not cool, it was barely a thing in the cartoon and some braincase has as of yet failed to make it actually work on a printed page!

Marvel (or rather Stan Lee) against young superheroes? Wasn't the original X-MEN teens when they started (they attended a school after all) and Spiderman also attended High school. Both were Stan Lee creation.
