Ego from the Marvel Universe, should have been mentioned instead of Mogo, who was only briefly, not a heroic character in the DC. IN the comics, Galactus is usually only 60-90 feet tall roughly, instead of being larger than a planet, so Galactus could have been menitoned at #3, then Unicron at #2 since he's close to planet-sized, but not necessarily, with #1 being Mogo (as said)/Ego (who should have been menitoned) who are actual planets. Just my own thoughts on that.

Pretty sure Mandrakk the Destroyer(AKA Dax Novu the Dark Monitor) goes at the top. He was bigger than the sum-total of limbo(which was the size of a small disc to him) which was a white void containing all universes, within which those universes were imperceptible to the vastness of Limbo.
