Honestly, I feel like Doomsday was made to be a monster, not a villain. Being a villain implies intelligence and motives, as minor and/or contrived as they may be. But Doomsday? He has no intelligence. He has no motives. He just destroys. And that's part of why he's so interesting, at least to me.
. Though to be fair, this was the list of the top 10 DUMBEST Superman villains, so I guess the monster with basically no intelligence to speak of would make the list.

She doesn't know what she's talking about! Mr mxyzptlk can destroy the -multiverse- easily, if he tried he can easily avoid saying his name backwards and probably depower anything under the 5th dimension. Also, Batman isn't more intelligent than superman, he's just a better detective. Kryptonians are much smarter than humans in the comics. They were much more advanced than us when it blew up.

Some of these foes i see why but Mr. M is so powerful that he step with trigon and holds the secrets to the dc universe that sounds pretty cool to me. And Doomsday? I get that this is your opinion but the explanation you I'm not falling. So is it because he seems like a Hulk clone, that he made death seem obsolete or both? Why would that make him a dumb Superman character?

Microwave is a wavelength in the electromagnetic spectrum and does not hurt your cells! Shorter wavelengths like ultraviolet, X-rays and gamma rays could, but shorter ones like infrared and microwaves can't.
