How much a difference nearly one year later can make! We are getting The Eternals later this year, and a She Hulk show. (although I'm more jazzed for Moon Knight)
I too would like to see the FF, especially if it's focused more on the cosmic side of things.
On a somewhat related note, The Silver Surfer would also be high on my wish list. All the rest is a little out of the box, but hear me out, and they don't necessarily have tobe -lead- characters, but they could also be supporting.
Aaron Stack (Machine Man). I think a LOT can be done with this character. In the MCU, there could be themes of Asimov I Robot, mixed in with fears of Stack being an AI robot/cyborg. Avengers have lost Vision (for now) and there could be Ultron Resurrection concerns, even if such fears are proven to be nothing. -Jocasta- could also be brought in under the same speculation.
Sleepwalker. I kind of liked this character in the short lived 90s comics. I'll take a Disney + series. Could be introduced from a Dream realm. Could even fight Nightmare. Rick Sheridan could also be the 'host' just like the comics. We do need another young hero, I think. (Bonus points if they give Sheridan Native American heritage, just to make use of a Dreamcatcher)
Richard Ryder Nova. OKAY, maybe that's not too far out of the box. Keep your fingers crossed.

This list needs a do over as someone these are now officially happening. No I get this was done before all that came to pass so wow you didn't list Blade. Thou in this orginal list you could have just said Mutants in general rather then Professor, Jean Grey and Wolverine. Cause hey we want more then those three mutants in the MCU. Fantastic Four I was with you about that. It's happening. But I need to see that casting. If the casting is right my hopes will shoot up like a rocket. Bu FF is happening. She hulk is happening(wow you didn't say Moon Knight but that's happening too) and Sersi is happening. And I honestly think Adam Warlock is too. But people don't really think outside the box after how many more characters their are in marvel. Id like to see LOL Elsa Bloodstone happen and Machine Man but more importantly Nova. (wow you didn't say Nova) I think Jessica Drew is a good idea as well as I'd love to see Black Cat.

I-m glad that She-Hulk wasn-t wasted on Luke Cage. If she was introduced there, we-d never see her in the MCU since Luke Cage was Marvel TV, not MCU. Hopefully the Black Widow movie and/or Captain Marvel 2 will introduce A-Force bringing She-Hulk, Spider-woman and others to the MCU.

Nova would be perfect for the MCU. He could fit in after Thanos desecrated Xandar, and now needing protectors, they make the champions of Xandar (Nova, Comet, Powerhouse, Protector and Crime buster)
