Some things about those powers:
-Cage's self inmolation is more Luke being creative with his invulverability than a different new power.
-Magneto's magnetic personality seems more like hypnotism than a regular superpower, he always was bit flamboyant in the first issues of X-Men.
-Thor's All-Tongue also allows him to talk in space, he uses it more often than it looks at first.
-Superman's phase power is him using superspeed to make his molecules vibrate, several velocists in the DC universe do that.
Some unused powers:
-Angel/Archangel's superstrength in the wings, he never uses them to hit enemies even tough his only power his flight.
-Beast's healing powers. He is not Wolverine but heals much faster than regular people.
-The Invisible Woman has the ability to make visible things that are visible like radio waves.
-Colossus doesn't need to breath when he is transformed.
-Namor has -hybrid senses- that allow him to feel radio waves.
-Captain America has inmunity to alcohol and an inmune system so potent that he is inmune to anthrax, smallpox and even HIV. He also was able to beat a vampire infection.

Re: Iron Man's nipples. Back in the day Shellhead's suit was powering his pacemaker and keeping him alive, it was imperative he not run out of power. The nipples contained jumper cables he could use to Jack into public power systems (ie, street lamps) to recharge. Now you know. You're welcome.

Watching this, I thought back to Innovation Comic's short-lived 1980's Hero Alliance series. Victor, their Superman-cognate, had the shapeshifting, but not the heat vision, super breath, or other more common abilities, and the villain Apostate seemed to have Magneto's -magnetic- charm.

so at the time that superman killed the mini him, the mini him was a one of a kind life form. that would mean that the -boy scout- singlehandedly commented genocide and wiped out all there was of an intelligent life form. that just got dark really fast.

they used the skates once in Iron Man Armored Adventures, they were meant to be (and were) used if flight wasn't an option, like if the propulsion systems were down. Pepper and Rhodey teased Tony about them enough that he took the feature out.

Honestly I like Wonderwoman, but the lasso always irked me. Why would you not always use the indestructible rope that can FORCE people to tell you what you want to know? It gives her zero reason to be inventive.

Sue Storm Richards/Invisible Woman can make invisible things visible, used it maybe once. John Storm/Human Torch can absorb heat to the point of freezing things -- too hard to use often.

We need a Part 2 of this, because Jessica Jones and her pink concussive hand blasts are not talked about enough, and I need an explanation of this.

You can't really blame Tony he was drunk almost always and if you were as smart and drunk as him odds are you would build something just as dumb

Submariner once exhibited electrical powers (like an electric eel. Nightcrawler used to turn invisible when he was in the shadows.
