Top 10 Strongest Psychic Superheroes Leonard: It's interesting that the level of old school knowledge here is so limited. There was a DC character who originally appeared in the 50s and reappeared in the 70s and 80s called Captain Comet. He definitely belongs on this list. Look him up. Then, no Saturn Girl and no Moondragon. What's up with that? Also, in the 80s when Jean Grey went really agro as Phoenix she was pretty much the most powerful being in her universe with the possible exceptions of Eternity, Infinity, the Living Tribunal and the One Above All. When she turned dark she was stopped by love and by Xavier putting psychic locks in her mind. Later, during a battle on the moon between the X-men and the Imperial Guard, Dark Phoenix's rebirth was only stopped by Jean herself basically killing herself before the Phoenix Force took over again. Finally, I think the magic users should be off the list since their -psychic- abilities are actually mystic abilities and not derived from brain power.

In a crossover, Raven affected Jean Grey and Xavier if Im not mistaken. She also once summoned the emotions of all who live(omniverse) into her nexus and filtered through it and found the ONE she was looking for
