2. Voldemort- being the series main villain makes him highly disliked despite having a similar childhood to Harry.
3. Cornelius Fudge- he's the series definition of a corrupt politician who has no redeeming qualities.
4. James Potter- he may be a tragic hero for dying so his son can live but he was one of the things his son disliked and that was a bully.
5. Bellatrix Lestrange- she tortured Neville's parents into a coma they never woke from.
6. Draco Malfoy- he's basically a spoiled princess that was born the wrong gender with his habit of crying to daddy that the world is being mean to him.
7. Petunia Dursley- her most negative trait is being jealous at her sister and taking out her frustrations on her nephew.
8. Vernon Dursley- he's one of the main contributing factors to Harry letting Voldemort kill him via emotional abuse.
9. Molly Weasley- her most negative trait is being a control freak.
10. Ronald Weasley- despite cleaning up his act as he got older his most dominant negative traits are a Jealousy streak a mile wide and an inferiority complex.

The entire list could be just everyone in Witchblade after Shiori
Shiori is necessary to show the negatives of the Clone blades, especially overusing the power.
And then nobody learns the effing lessons!
Worse yet, the show goes to great pains to show many of those who would go on suicide charges fully understanding how it happens, but then throwing them in totally avoidable situations where they do it anyway. Shout out to Nishida _for dying as part of a frigging slideshow! _ She wasn't even animated, what the frak!
And then to make the decisions even dumber, the writing is clearly setting up a sort of defeat means friendship adoption by the heroine of the younger characters, who spent most of the series wanting to connect to a mother figure, or becoming mothers themselves after finding out that the synchronization process gives them finite life.
I can only imagine they believed that they had at least two seasons, but found out they didn't at the last moment, so tried to make a Gundam style high stakes ending but botched it, what with having no setup for any of it and no budget either

Ponzu’s death was just unnecessarily brutal for a cool character
Miki’s death like ponzu’s was just so brutal but it fits for the context of the story
AI’s death is just tragic
Neji’s will forever piss me off since he died for a ship. Hinata sacrificed herself in the Pain arc so there was no need imo
For Guren Lagan Kamina’s death ruined it for me
Lafter’s was so unnecessary it still hurts
Sasha’s death while essential for the story hurts it could’ve been Connie
Honestly every death in Akame ga Kill could be on this list only silver lining is that tatsumi and mine live in the manga

I never cared about Kana one bit. She tries to steal Shinichi from his girlfriend, she dumped her boyfriend MItsuo when she was falling for Shinichi, despite BARELY knowing him as a person. She was a selfish, hypocritical, and delusional homewrecker with a shitty personality that kills my sympathy for the character. Her stans were so annoying that I've come to hate Kana officially. Also, I forgot to mention that Madhouse's Parasyte is also a terrible adaptation of a great Manga. And oh, the fan-favorite title goes to Migi. Sorry not sorry.

OHoh, shion's death DEFINITELY pisses me off the most out of the 20 of them, and ALSO with jolyne's part from jjba of her dying as well, and so does the OTHER anime series outside of the list, when the female characters that were KILLED by their male enemies/opponents in battle, such as violence jack, castlevania nocturne, ninja scroll and others more that I've seen, that were TOTALLY fupped up female character deaths from here. Which eventually causes me to post comments that I'd make those certain female characters from certain clips in various anime series STRONG and MIGHTY enough to overpower their male enemies/opponents in battle, just to let it out and all.

I know that JJK's Shibuya's arc did upset people with fan favorite's death, it was meant to show the length on what Geto's curse manipulation and his new world god complex is capable of and this is a result in gruesome deaths, mostly to get to Itadori since he was controlled by Sukuna, Mahito killing innocent people and his allies with Geto's allies wreaking havoc, and pushing Itadori to stop this before Mahito do anything else heinous, and witnessing Geto releasing more and more curse spirit's.

One character that I can think of is Lock-on Stratus from 00 Gundam. The main shooter of the Gundam meister's went to the battle with only one eye to face the man who killed his parents and sister and I suicide bombing. For only for his twin brother taking up the name and finishing him off.
Now I don't watch One piece but the character known as Ace died and everybody was very upset about that.
I think this list could go even higher on the number.

I wasn't pissed at Pip's death in Hellsing Ultimate. It was a necessary tragedy to push Seras into fulfilling her vampiric potential, which she used to obliterate Zorin and her forces, plus Seras also guarded Integra in London, and assisted in the final push to destroy Millennium. Also, Pip's soul lives forever in Seras, and not in a poetic sense, he is conscious and content within her, acting as a familiar and companion.

The anime killed off Tatsumi and Mine, Akame kills enemies in a desert.
The manga made Mine and Tatsumi survive, albeit the former a wheelchair bound woman and latter merged with his weapon. Akame was going to the place where her own weapon was made, to dispel the drawback she suffers from using it.

Back in highschool, I had a friend named Ciara and she was a huge fan of Death Note. The reason she loved the anime because namely she had a crush on L.
She also told that she never finished watching the anime and I asked her why, and she replied that it was when L died.

this video just proves the point ive been saying for years, don't kill off beloved characters and then bring them back. it makes their deaths mean less and bring less to the overall story. Stop it, it's not appreciated or funny. it doesn't work for Optimus and it doesn't work for anime characters either, just stop it.

It may be unpopular opinion but Jotaro's death was some sort of satysfying to me. It emerged that he is not immortal nor indestructable like he was presented in Stardust Crusadors.
In my opinion death of Johnathan, Ceasar or Jolynne should represent Jojo's Bizarre Adventures on this list.

I wasn't mad about any deaths in the final arc of Darling in the Franxx because the show itself had already died. Went from a eccentric post-apocalyptic mecha, into derailing its entire story and world by mutating into a discount Gurren Lagann

In regards to the deaths like Sasha's. everyone would love to have a heartfelt goodbye, or to go out fighting. but in real life. sometimes people just die, and I respect the fact that's mirrored in some shows.

Kana's Death sucked for multiple reasons, she was a fan favorite, she was more interesting, & we never knew if she actually could detect parasites, they just killed her off without answering that one.

Half of this list could be JJK, they kill off characters before we can make a connection with them so I don't feel anything when they die. Author is terrible at character building.
