(She practically ignores her other robot daughters and also keeps them hidden in a dark closet, not to mention she embarrasses Jenny/XJ9 to no end, and doesn’t care for Jenny’s choices)
2. Suga Momma from the Proud Family.
(She abuses her son Oscar with both verbal abuse and physical abuse, she never offers him any from of encouragement and she always spoils Oscar’s other brother Bobby)
3. Chi Chi from DragonballZ
(She doesn’t allow her son to do anything but study which makes Gohan lacking in any form of encouragement also to the point of calling her two sons monsters when both Gohan and Goten turned super sayian for the first time)
4. Mrs Wong from Futurama
(Basically treats Amy with very little respect and completely disregards Amy’s love choices)
5. Helen Morgendorffer from Daria
(She is often too busy and a lot of times barely focuses on both Daria or Quinn, plus she tends to be hypocritical at times)
6. Dexter’s Mother from Dexter’s Laboratory.
(She never reprimands her daughter’s destructive and bullying towards Dexter and plays it off as Dee Dee being loving but when in reality it is Dee Dee is just straight up bullying Dexter)

One thing is for sure, shouldn't Stella and Odalia count as the worst moms to have These two are literal Karens and they don't care about the well being of their child. Heck Stella even neglected Octavia and referred to her as an Egg in The Circus. While Odalia caused Amity to give up her friendship with Willow and became the mean girl she was before Luz and her friends redeemed her and became the lovable girlfriend for Luz. Overall Stella and Odalia are prime examples of terrible mothers. They got lucky they are not on this list.

Timmy turners parents are not that bad. I feel like they are more of idiots who accidently had a kid during a party night and do not want to piss off their parents by adopting him off and taking away a grandson from them. Yet at the same time they still want to live a party life by going out every 5 minutes. I be tbh im g rated kids shows the worst parents can do is not give the kid enough attention.

I'm surprised the mother (I forget her name) from the anime Kill La Kill wasn't on this list above Mom.
I mean, she used her own daughters as test subjects for the Life Fibres so she could figure out how to perfectly use them to conquer all of existence and even pitted her daughters against each other inlife or death battles just for the fun of it.
Can't really get more evil than that

If you are raised in a terrible household more often than not you repeat the actions of your abusive parents on your own kids. It’s rarer they change for the better and break the cycle of abuse. Or sometimes their own kids break it because they will never change.
