Opening with my favorite anime fight of all time: Karna vs Sieg. The use of color, the truly impossible scale of the final attack, the thoughtfulness of the conclusion, Sieg calling out for his hero's help, the mutual respect, the music (omg the music. it had everything, and it's just a side-battle, but one that demonstrated the heroic character of the protagonist.
This was the point in the show when I started to believe in Sieg and saw him as the main character. The show itself was above-par; there are many memorable fights, but the story just leans heavily on it's predecessor and never really gets up on it's own. Still, it's one of the few fully re-watched anime of mine simply because those fights really are THAT good, frequent enough to maintain interest, and there's just enough interwoven intrigue to keep a casual viewer entertained. plus my favorite anime battle of all time! THAT is ART!

Personal opinion, Madara vs Guy was better. Also Luffy vs Kaido in my opinion is number one since it literally broke the world. Theatre showing of the episode, multiple famous animators turning up gear 5, the pure joy of Luffy showing all final forms of the main character needs to be all serious.

Gonna be honest and say that while Goku vs Jiren was easy the most anticipated fight on this list, it wasn’t the top fight. Naruto and Sasuke vs Momoshiki was better in every way but it obviously didn’t have the same hype going into it because most people didn’t like the show Boruto.

I loved yuji vs choso but lets be honest that sakuna vs mahoraga was the best in season 2 lol think this list was made after the fight came out but both are still flawless. Kinda thought the fight for black clover was a better one but oh well lol

Video idea, if something similar doesn't already exist: Top 10 performances by unrecognizable actors. Off the top of my head, Heath Ledger as Joker, Simon Pegg in Star Wars, etc. Actors that you couldn't, or barely could recognize in their makeup.

Goku vs Jiren fight literally shut down streaming services and had the anime fandom in a frenzy. It was such a fitting end to DB Super to have goku reach divinity and fight along side the series biggest enemy.

Naaaah, how could you put all these great fights lower than AFO vs All Might, that fight was carried by animation alone and got screwed over by the fact that AFO still returns after all this. Also, All Might sucked as a hero, so good riddance

Rock Lee vs Gaara it's the best Naruto fight and you're not ready for this conversation. The one this guys chose it's one of the worse LOL, just because it has nice animation & coregraphy doens't make it good overall

Overall, list is damn good. Only issues for me are luffy vs kaido and gintoki vs takasugi should be higher. Numbers 2 and 3 respectively imo. But this is still one of if not the most valid watch mojo anime list

I definitely agree with number 1 and 2 since those are my favorite animes. For number 13 I believe Asta and Yami vs Dante is a better pick but Asta and Yuno vs Licht was definitely 2nd

I didn’t get to watch Jiren vs goku back in 2018 but I’ve watched it enough to say it might be the single best in anime history and nothing is even remotely close

I'm a bit surprised gogeta vs broly wasn't on the list. I just really didn't like jiren. I really wish we could have seen more battles with super Saiyan 4 gogeta.
