I saw this one cheap indie horror movie (at least I think it was an indie horror movie) called S. I. C. K. - Serial Insane Clown Killer. While the movie rely wasn't that good, it had an excellent creepy clown mask.

If I had to pick one, but I like the most, maybe the remake of the nightmare on Elm Street some people don’t like the movie but I think it’s good I’m not really technically a mask is more of this face face, but I had to pick a mask maybe Jason I guess

I would have put Michael's mask as number one. WatchMojo got it wrong if you ask me. Michael's mask is objectively far creepier than Jason's generic Hockey mask from the 70s. That Pale white emotionless face with black eyes is way more unsettling.

No Grabber mask from The Black Phone That mask was pretty sadistic looking with its devil horns, scowling eyes and intimidatingly wide grin (as part of an interchangeable mouthpiece.
