My spiritual growth had accelerated when I finally found the piece of the puzzle I had been missing in my life. It was 3 years ago when my Dad passed and I had made an important decision not to allow him to die without him knowing I forgive him. There was nothing to forgive once I realized it was an inner child wound from when I was young. I had developed a coping mechanism at that time that helped me protect my vulnerable emotions, the way I felt every time I would witness another interaction between my Dad and my sister that made me feel somehow not good enough. I had decided that my father must not love me as much as he did my sister.
Imagine growing up thinking and feeling like one of your parents loathed you. What does that do to a young mind growing up and how does it set us up for future relationships as a woman looking to a man for validation
It makes you feel wholly unworthy and as a result, it causes all sorts of interrelational problems.
I believe that it was my Dad’s passing that triggered the memory and an understanding of the importance this BELIEF (that I had come to realize at this pivotal time) had on every single relationship I would engage in as a romantic partner in my adulthood.
Suddenly, I heard my inner child cry out to tell me that: You’re finally ready (because I had the will to not let my Dad pass without him knowing I forgive him) to see the buried and underlying belief that keeps you from completely healing your sense of unworthiness. And that’s when the memories came flooding back from my childhood where I took on a belief that from a small child’s perspective it made me think something that was never true.
It became clear that it was in my own mind that I made up this story that I was loved less than my sister and my Dad would never know I had developed this belief/perspective when I was very young. However so, it became a block to my ability to love my Dad unconditionally and therefore something I could not forgive, right!
My inner child spoke to me at that time that it was this coping/ defense mechanism (the belief of being unworthy) that I had not seen it for what it was UNTIL now. It was as though a light turned on in a very dark room and now suddenly I’m saying: Ah-huhhh! Okay, I got it now. Now I understand why I always felt less than around my Dad.
It was very sobering but more importantly, immediately healing to have this realization and so now, without uttering a single word to him (because he had no idea I had developed this defense mechanism to protect myself as a child that was the belief that it’s okay if he ignores me because I’m not worthy anyway, and so I was able to let my Dad pass WITH my forgiveness which was really me forgiving myself for a lifetime of lying to myself with regard to this issue.
Healing and spiritual growth has flourished since that pivotal time realizing it was a childhood coping/defense mechanism that had been delaying my inner and lasting happiness in life in all areas.
It really has something to do with inner child woundings for all of our problems/resistance to healing and growing. It would be wise to check in with our little him or her and reconnect with loving and compassionate kindness and acceptance for little him or her.
I have said that unless we begin to listen to and compassionately pay attention to our own inner child, how can we really be what our outer child needs from us as parents

Sorry for the lengthy comment.
Pile #2 (&3) here and just wow. I have always held my spiritual practices close to my heart, but I very very recently started trying to share my experiences with others as a way of interacting with a world that I didn’t feel I fit into. It was the moment that I decided I wanted a community that I came across your page. This was around June of last year. Sometime around very early December I believe, I viewed one of your readings referring to needing to go to the dentist. At that point, it was something I had been holding off for up to six months as this is my biggest fear. It took me two weeks after watching that video, to gather the strength to make an appointment. I’m currently waiting on the appointment to fix 1/4 of the problem, and the pain you are talking about in pile number 2, for me, is physical. I feel like it has lowered my vibrational frequency and has ripped me away from my spiritual practices as I have a constant persistent reminder of the pain/fear I have as well as the financial aspect as this is only getting done as quickly as I can pay for it. It’s going to be thousands of dollars. I feel like my spirit guides are trying to break my very bad habit of negative thinking because I know that I work against myself in doing so. As soon as I made the appointment, money that was owed to me came thru and was enough to fix my worst (most pain causing) tooth. I keep getting signs that tell me everything will be okay and it comforts me for a bit, But then I go right back into the negative, thinking of how much further I have to go for this to be over with and I drag myself down. I had just decided to go to school for herbalism as I feel called to heal, but that is now on hold. I’ve been praying to my spirit guides all morning and making bread to try and keep my mind from wandering negatively and then this reading was titled message from spirit guides and I knew I had to listen. I’m not even done with the entire video yet, but I paused to type this and cry a bit. I feel like as far away as I feel from my spiritual side from being dragged down from this pain, the connection I have with spirit came through in your reading today, and I can’t thank you enough for that.
I’m not sure what else I’m supposed to be doing at the moment, but I do know taking the time to rest in the energy of the community you’ve brought together has energetically lifted me out of the dense energies I’ve been feeling lately, if only for a little while.

Thank you so much, dear friend. I chose pile 1. You are talking about my mother and father, and without getting into the depths of how but my childhood hurt, you are absolutely right when you said that I have been able to take hold of my emotions. For so long my inner child just raged and cried and acted out, hoping someone would notice her pain and come save her. I finally realized I’m the adult she’s been waiting for. I can feel when she surfaces because my reactions are emotionally immature, and I’ve started to be able to catch myself before I get to that point by being the adult in the situation and grabbing my inner child by the hand, asking her to come sit with me, and I hold her while she (I) cries. I tell her we are safe, we are okay, I am here. Tell me what you need. And then I hold space for whatever she needs in that moment to reground. A lot of the times I tuck myself under my blanket and do deep breathing until I have drifted off, or calmed down. And then I ask myself what happened. What about what happened caused that reaction so I can help you. And then I listen. And then I act. Whether that’s telling someone a boundary has been crossed, whether it’s realizing within myself that I’m acting out a trauma response and responding from a more grounded place, or whatever. I be the person that little girl needs in a healthy way, in a way that a 31 year old is able to. A lot of my shadow was getting lose in the depths of my own ocean and hoping a rescue swimmer would see me, and I’ve just learned to swim for myself. In those moments of fear or anxiety or anger, I hold myself and I keep swimming until the waters aren’t choppy. Holding myself just looks like cuddling and loving myself.

Pile 1! I am a 16 year old teenager with undiagnosed narcissistic personality disorder. Its a generational curse i have to break. Yes i was left out in the cold as a child and had to fend for my own self in many ways and being such a defensive person was the only way for me to survive as a child. I turned my emotions off because I couldn’t handle them, and i learned my toxic behaviour from my family because i grew up seeing that. I, through a lot of self reflection have come to this realisation about myself, it’s quite sad that I can’t really get help from a mental help professional because of many reasons but spirit helps me. I have done a lot of research and continue to do so on this topic and have been trying to face my emotions little by little, the scary ones are coming up in the start but i have to burn before i rise from the ashes. So i am trying my best to experience them as fully as i can and for as long as i can. I have been more considerate in my interactions with my friends, I apologised to a friend about something i said, I naturally reflected upon it, found my fault in and felt guilty truly. I have also been trying to challenge my shame and text people first or show effort to keep up the conversation and talk about authentic topics as much as i can. I have a really long way to go but at least i have started. I wanna genuinely care about people, and show it. I will get better. Someday i will be capable of loving. I will keep going because everything is possible!

Pile 1. actually it was yesterday, that I have realised, after talking about my childhood with my mom. What I have realised is that we tend to be subjective when we feel something and especially when we are little. Is it tough yes it is! is it painful yes it is! But you can be less judging about those tough feelings and people who caused them, maybe they wanted the best but happened to be worst. our parents didn't know everything you know As adults we can be whatever we want to be and do whatever we want to do we are free, what makes us shackled is our suffering to past traumatic memories. the True freedom comes once you realise that those were just experiences, part of your precious life, part of yourself, part of who you are! It becomes so cozy and lovely once you realise that deeply. It's so calming and fulfiling I can't even say the feeling in words. I have gained power and control back in my hands with that realisation. For so many years those feelings were torturing me and making me avoid deep relationships because of the fear. And now I am free finaly
Also be grateful guys all this healing has started once I started to be grateful for all the things that the universe is giving to us. We are all
loved and we are all taken care of. Everything happens for us and everything happens for a reason

Pile #1. I was in a very dark place on Friday. My ex husband (father of my adult children) and I have been talking on line because he’s a distance away. I pushed a little too hard regarding wanting a response as to how he felt about me and he blocked me. I was devastated. So then I started to consider staying with the man I’m currently divorcing. I also started friending old high school boyfriends and ex boyfriends on FB. After thinking all night long and hard, I realized that none of these men were right for me and I got with them to begin with because I didn’t want to be alone and reconsidering them again because I didn’t want to be alone. The next day, I drove to my best friends house. She opened up a bottle of Prosecco. We had one glass and she helped me put things in perspective and get back on track with my plans to love myself first and wanting to be on my own. Turns out that she’s reading a book on spirituality and manifesting. I’m not old, but I’m also not young and I’m not prepared to waste anymore of my life seeking validation outside of myself. Today. I woke up in an extremely good mood and am glad my ex blocked me. The universe is protecting me. Before I can love anotherI need to learn to love myself. I also realized that I’m going to attract the energy that I put out.

Pile #1 Hi Reem Thanx again for you’re beautifully storied readings, they are so on point alway. Regarding pile #1 one in integrating the shadow I was blown away with you’re reading on my journey of healing my shadow and integrating my inner emotional child triggers. My childhood was brutal having a narcissistic mother I was never able to connect with others in a healthy way. It’s been a very long journey but the winning formula was every time my inner child was triggered I would do a inner child guided meditation by Lisa Romano an expert on narcissistic abuse. I would try and connect with the root of the trigger in the meditation and cry as much as I needed to heal the trigger. Recently I came across Steve Nobel’s meditations on healing narcissistic abuse patterning and negative thought forms. His meditations are absolutely ground breaking in my opinion and has freed me completely from the narcissists hold on my inner child. I am now completely narcissist free. I went no constact with my family and all the friends that were using me as a scapegoat.
I do Steve Nobel’s meditations every day and it’s been a game changer for me.
I hope someone else can find some value from my struggle

It felt like a personal reading to me, it gaves me the chills So, you wanted to know HOW we/I did it. The decisive factor was the work in two places: firstly, negative emotions of others, especially toxic relationships, which always completely destroyed me, and secondly, my inner dialogue, in which I insulted myself as a total loser. It definitely had something to do with my childhood. So I started meditating and repeating mantras since I became aware what possibly was going on in my mind and my feelings, what's the trigger. Finally, with regard to point 1, I began to say inwardly: this is not MY emotion now, this is HIS emotion and stays with him, it will not suck me in anymore. Regarding point 2, I start repeatedly telling myself, past is past, I am in the here and now, I am good the way I am, I do not carry any burden anymore. These two things plus Meditation and listening a LOT of Abraham Hicks helped me starting the healing process. That was my way to heal. Plus, that's important, you need A BIT of composure to get back control over your negative emotions, you also need humor and, folks, that's my experience, you need practise practise practise!

Hello Reem. Pile 1 here. This reading, as all your readings, resonated a lot. I've been listening to your readings for a couple of months now and it has helped me through some terrible dark times. One thing I can share that I have been doing to heal myself and my inner child was writing ten poems about specific negative incidents from my childhood that stood out for me. These were incidents when I was bad or I was being treated bad and lashed out in self destructive ways. I wrote what I felt and they were the worst poetry of my life but they helped me bring things to light that I had forgotten. I tried journaling before this, but I couldn't write about traumatic things. So bad poems in symbols were it for me. After that, I have been chanting, imagining my child self sitting with me at my mind altar and chanting with me. I have been chanting for around four months now and it has helped tremendously. I chant affirmations. I chant apologies to my self. I chant divine mantras. And I chant everyday without fail for half an hour to forty five minutes. And I feel present with my self and my emotions more than I have ever felt in my 40 years.

Pile 1 here Reem, you have helped my husband and I through the most turbulent year of our lives and a spiritual awakening for both of us.
After 33 years of running away from my emotional issues and suppressing them. I finally sat with them (more like forced to sit) these past 3 months.
Thanks to all the guidance I received, I have learned to sit with my emotions, and journal what I’m feeling and usually after a couple of minutes journaling, I am able to figure out where the feelings stem from. Once I was able to see the feelings and why I felt them, I was able to look at them more objectively. The power of now book, meditating and journaling all have been instrumental in my healing so far. I also participated in a Huachuma Ceremony so I was able to address these deep seated emotional wounds that were never addressed.
Thanks to all of these things and finding my inner strength by being willing to face them head on. I already feel an amount of peace I have never known in this human life time. I am so grateful. And now everytime a challenge or strong emotion pop up, I don’t just lose myself in my emotions anymore.

Thank you so much dear Reem! Pile #1. Since you asked to share, for anyone whom this might be useful, the biggest lesson I learnt about myself was that self love is the only way. I lost my father to suicide in 2009 and the journey has been one of deep grief, deep awareness and transformation.
As an intellectual person, one way I used to escape my body/emotions was by going into my mind.
Intellectualising the solution take us away from true wisdom, which has to be felt within the body.
Inner child work, meditation and sound healing has helped me resolve many layers including ancestral patterns. Discovering Human Design last year was an important turning point as well.
Whichever path we can take to get closest to our own self with compassion, is the way forward. Another very important thing I learnt as a recovering perfectionist is that, complete healing is a myth! We DON'T have to be completely healed to be deserving of anything. Learning to give ourselves grace is very important. I'd be happy to share specific methods and teachers if anyone likes to know. Much love to our soul family

We DON'T have to be completely healed to be deserving of anything. Learning to give ourselves grace is very important. I'd be happy to share specific methods and teachers if anyone likes to know. Much love to our soul family

Pile 1. I am healing from a trauma caused by shadows. The event in itself was extremely traumatic and it took me 4 years to heal from it, and now I am at the end of my healing journey. I am healing by seeing with my mind how I bought into false beliefs of powerlessness, of lack, I learned now how to put boundaries, how to have authority, and how to be soveirgn in my own field, to have discernement so no one can ever manipulate me again. I went through an ego death but I built myself up together stronger than before. I felt in my body than nothing can destroy my light, even if everything else that made up me was gone. My light is eternal and indestructible, so now I have no fears anymore, even of the shadow, even of death. Lately I feel I am cleansing some residue from that trauma by having positive affirmation, putting my faith in my own power, in the light of my soul, having full confidence in myself. In truth I had no choice than to do this, we could say the higher power forced upon me this transformation, but it had to be done I guess. Thank you for this reading, it confirmed what I was thinking

Pile 1 was so accurate to what I am going through. i am healig my inner child and according to the course i did i was supposed to release triggers events and situation wise one by one since childhood which was hard as i either didn't remember or didn't want to remember, so what i did was i took each and every emotion including shame and jealousy which i thought i don't even feel and then processed those emotions. what my body feels like with those emotions, how does that make me feel, and how can i accept that feeling. I did not judge or analysed the emotions, i just accepted that as a human being this is how i feel and thought about how i would rather feel. so instead of jealousy i can say next time this person inspired me, instead of nervousness i can say i am too excited that i am feeling butterflies, instead of anxiety i can say i feel unsure but that's kinda cool as it means more possibilities than only the one best i could have thought about. And do you know i had this breakthrough that i already had this breakthrough while listening to this reading. you are awesome

Pile no. 1 I started meditation since June last year using visualisation technique, grounding & shielding myself, forgiving and seeking forgiveness from others while meditating & detaching myself (divine consciousness) from body & mind. Every situation whenever felt emotionally disturbed, I observed the thought, made it positive & manifested and approached situation objectively by understanding other person 's perspective & knowing that situations & people behaviour will never be the way i want them to be just as I may not seem to be the way others want me to be. Hence do your best in a situation by drawing boundaries but leave results to the Universe knowing Universe will never be unfair & there is right timing for everything & at times need to face past karma with grace. Every situation is not challenge but opportunity given by Universe to transform your thinking & response patterns thereby evolving closer to your Higher self. Morale- I am not the body & mind, so step back & observe your thoughts & emotions & change the thought to change the way you feel.

How to integrate the shadow and the light is something only those of us who are willing to face the darkness can understand. Each of us may have a different version of darkness or our deepest fears. Those fears are what tell us the light cannot shine. Facing those fears happens one day at a time, doing the best you can on that day, forgiving yourself and you forgive those who have wronged you. It is about learning to believe deep in your inner child that you are safe and secure within. The darkness cannot actually touch you unless you believe it can. The truth, telling the truth to yourself and to others no matter how afraid you are of what they will think, will set you free. But it’s a decision every day to live in the light. It will not resist you but sometimes it will not be easy either. It will be what it needs to be to keep you on your divine path. It is taking care of you even when you think it has taken from you. The universe has your back.

Pike 1 and 3 particularly pile 1 resonates with me; I’ve been healing and processing inner child wounds and the shadow aspects thereof for 11 years now. I found out I was only scratching the surface but now over the last few months I’ve gone very deep. Being aware of what triggers my emotions, my reactions to these emotions and how they affect my relationships and how I relate to others. Childhood wounds can run deep, but it doesn’t define who I am, with awareness and remaining calm in every moment and in that pause I am conscious of the emotion and react from a place of awareness and calm. It takes a lot of discipline but like an addict the most important step to healing is awareness and acknowledging the patterning, the emotional triggers and then choosing to react/behave differently. You have the power of choice in every moment, this is a gift. Love your readings Reem

My healing was intense. It took EMDR (even sessions on my own about memories that were my fault or were just stuck in my body even though I couldn't identify a harm, somatic exercises to further release the trauma from my body (I use the Workout Witch, traditional therapy with someone I trust, crying when I needed to, my own spiritual practice, being gentle with myself when I could and not punishing myself when I couldn't (that's still a lesson in process, cutting out harmful people and figuring out how to survive on my own along with how to truly treat people well and meet them where they are at. Oh geez. There was so so much. But, really, so worth it. Finding joy and delight again, having a better relationship with my daughter, etc. It's all worth it.

Omw. Scorpio and Virgo together again! Thanks Reem! Big heads up message for me.
I watched pile 2 as I'm Virgo, but was attracted to oile 1, which I am watching. I have been able to kinda sit with my pain when it comes up, tell it that its welcome, and thanks for the lesson.
Now see the problem from both sides.
Mine was mommy issues, and I saw my Mom in my head. She knew and has probably been with me, waiting for me to open my ears and eyes so she can apologize aswell as show me why she did the things she did.
Rhen the tears come when you see it from both sides, and the cleansing begins with you both say thanks for the lesson and integrate it. Then let it go. In peace and gratitude.

Pile 1: I think you answered the question you posed. Sitting with what you wanted to run from, escape from. Be still with it all. be still with the fear, the terror, the pain, the chaos, the I can't handle this, the wanting to run, hide, cut, hurt, the feeling of needing to numb, to annihilate. Sitting with the I can't handle this, it's too much, the fear, the terror, the needing to escape and just stay with it all, be still with the crazy intensity of it all until it pops, and everything settles down. and in between take care of you. Get the fresh air and movement you need. Express your creative side. Dance, sing, make art, create something beautiful with your pain.
