Actually looking at these videos, it convinces me that men and women are only different in their appearance because women decided to let their head's hair grow and they shave everything else while men decided otherwise. Women also added makeups so they can look more different for those who think they are not so different enough from men when they don't do the makeup.

Love your videos. I got this done a few days ago and my hair feels great. you said try not to wear a cap while working out. Is it ok to wear a headband or put your hair in a band while working out?
Also how often would you recommend getting this procedure done?

My hair is straight, but then it starts to get wild towards the ends, you think I just need a touch up on my hair? Haven't gotten it cut in like 6-7 months and it's about 7-8 inches long on top
