I stumbled upon the video after watching black panther (rip Chadwick) and I-ve only jsut started working out snd I tried a bunch of the exercises on really light weights but I could still feel it, can-t weight to get into it

I loved the workout. But the # of reps & sets was mentioned after one of the exercises but I don-t know if that-s for all of them. Should I do 3 or 4 sets of one exercise before moving on?
