Hey Alex! Love your videos! One thing that might help us viewers out is if you put the workout list with more detail than what-s in the video in the description so we know how many sets and reps in each set and stuff like that! Thanks man! Love your stuff you-ve really helped me find my style in the past few months and ive been loving your content and I-m glad you-re expanding your topics! I-m sure that-s due to your interest and wanting to break out of the style genre a little I think that-s awesome I-ve seen more and more people doing what they want and it-s awesome! Keep up the good work! I-d also love to get in contact with your videographer if possible! I-m really into videography so it-d just be cool to maybe make a connection but I get it if that-s not a possibility!

Ditch that trainer if he-s incentivizing a suicide grip. My god, that-s just pure ignorance. Who cares if you can -focus more on the chest-, which I doubt is even real, if the possibility of contracting a life injury is much higher and then you won-t be able to train for the rest of your life. Safety always come first in lifting and that-s just common sense.

i wouldn-t recommend the suice grip, use your thumbs guys. I wouldn-t denied bench press without locking the bar with thumbs does some to it, but with heavy weight, it may end with a bad experience: /

your personal coach is completely dumb. He has no clue of building muscle! He explained the flys totally wrong, the first exercise is for building your lower chest and the second one is for the upper chest.

I always get nervous about these videos but after watching I realize I-m already doing these, very do-able just pick up new techniques on how to improve the workout results. ---

Hey alex there's a mistake. Last exercise is for upper chest not for lower. And last second was for lower chest not for upper.
You gotta teach your PT man -
