Hes right. people wanna wake up and be the best versions of themselves. But it takes a lot of practice and persistence. You cant learn to be confident locked on your room all day. So remember that going out and socializing and trying new stuff its whats gonna make you grow. Use the times your alone to work on a more positive mindset about yourself and more self worth. Then go to practice outside. Its not easy but remeber your not alone in that journey and should be proud of yourself even for trying and stepping out of your comfort zone - ahead of most people, who spend their whole lives insecure and not happy for who they really are -STOP faking a personality
