Funny Alex, just came from a dermatologist appointment last week, stop tanning, if anything found the spray tan. I have freckles and a few were potential cancerous looking all check out fine, but yup, guys stop the tanning bed. Crapes your skin too! Great tips

Not sure that lines are an issue. Sure deep wrinkles not great but men want some lines as unlike women no man wants to look like a 20 something which is why the 30 or healthy 40 something is the perfect BUT you don't want to look over 60.

Great advice Alex-! I would add sunprotect lotion on all skin exposed to sun light! Always apply unperfumed skin lotion with carbamide after showering!
