I earn alot and have over 3 million dollar worth of stock holdings even if am 14 but I love this guy's content so much cause as soon as I wake up I take 3 hours looking at my phone news and what's up and I try to get a little active and can't so I feel so lazy and gloomy but because of you I started boxing in the morning and then see news and started eating healthy and now my day is so much better. I start my morning spending 30 mins reading books then 30 mins meditating. After that checking my phone for important updates in class esp. emails then boom that's how i started my day always. Just sharing I'm not a millionaire yet I'm still studying in college.

I really don't agree with the advice Alex gave about the news. It's the worst thing you can do in the morning. There's too much negativity in the news and a lot of is it are lies and misinformation. Also 99% of it really isn't that revelant to most people.

Well alex I do have to check my phone every morning, I dont want to, but now and days that is how I see if I am working or not, if not I wouldn't check it
