We all have different variations of punk culture and style, for most people watching punk culture is subjective and can't be perfectly defined. Punk varies per city/state/country. For example, when introducing California punk; I grew up in LA and I figured they would mention or include the major influence of East LA punk that spread across LA and eventually pop culture. Originally mosh pits came from East LA in small back yard gigs as a form of releasing emotions and fighting against culture norms. This is why this video is not correct for most people.

I think the german punk was kinda accurate. maybe not all of them dressed like this and Of course they dont look like this anymore. nowadays punks look all the same. People who want to be individual and free but all of them dress up in a uniform. Punk's Dead. Thats how i experienced it. If others have made other experiences with nowaday's Punks: im happy for you

Punk never looked like this in Iran Even tho I'm from the 2000's emo generation and the punks in my country were the generation before me, I know that they never had a style like that Ofc they wanted to adopt the style and live up to it but what they show in the video was inaccurate
