My husband and I have both started doing your videos (both pilates and yoga) during lockdown here in South Africa. It has been our saving grace. Our lockdown means we are not allowed to leave our homes and this, coupled with everything going on, has increased the stress in our lives. Beautiful combination of postures for core strength and shoulder opening. The transition from high lunge to Warrior III and half moon pose really challenged my core strength and balance. Also the last transition from upward facing dog to downward facing dog by keeping toes tucked in challenged by core as well as strength of my arms. Thank you so much for this video. Each videos of your's helps me to challenge my body in different ways.

Isolation doesn't feel good, but it can become good if you work on your spiritual journey and I'm sure you'll find that also your physical and mental health will benefit from it
