This 30 minute Yin Yoga practice is a perfect deep stretch class that not only releases sore and tired muscles but also excess emotion and negativity stored inside your body & mind. Through the yin practice of holding yoga asanas for 3 minutes each, this at home stretch will slowly allow your body to surrender to relaxation, mindfulness, and return back to deeply rich grounded presence. This practice is all about slow and steady conscious breathing as well as listening to your body and watching your mind. There is a innate balance that will slowly reveal itself to you. Do not force anything. Just let it all come forward and find stillness inside of it. That is where the great benefit will be found

Can you give me an advice? I've been doing yoga and following you since 2015. I used to be very active, often went for a bikeride before work, or did exercise or yoga in the morning and yoga in the evening. I was pregnant in 2017 and was still very active. But after my baby it has changed quite a bit. I would have time to do yoga or exercise but often feel too tired and mostly unmotivated to do it. I'm also quite impatient with myself and not excited about it anymore. Of course my son takes a lot of energy out of me too. What could i do? I know that yoga and exercise is very good for me.

I am speechless. I'm so grateful for this practice, I needed something to stop me to ground me and I was looking for something like that for a couple weeks. So many emotions came to me during this practice. It is the oddest feeling that as a person who always tries to make conscious decisions I sometimes forgot about myself to really met with myself and see where I am and how I feel. Thank you for everything that you do from the bottom of my heart, because it does make a huge impact of some many of us

I absolutely love this practice, but I find the dinging sound that plays every minute or so in the background music extremely distracting, for some reason. I had to turn the volume down so that I couldn't hear it. It may not bother anyone but me; I'm very sensitive to repetitive sounds.

What I love about your videos is that you take us to the next level gently Ive followed tons of yoga videos, but only yours allow and encourage me to actually gain flexibility and feel like I am progressing in a reasonable amount of time Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart

You have a really wonderful soothing voice to listen too, but unfortunately I got a bit distracted this time from the talking. I find it easier with the videos with less talking, it gives me more time to process my emotions and let go. Language keeps it too mental for me. Namaste
