Yum. Thank you for all the guidance & Inspiration. 1st? = How did you publish your book? 2nd? = What's your veiw & practice on zero waste? I've been doing the bulk buy own jars & bags. however I like the mission & cost effective approach with Thrive. & the rawness that you two express as a partnership. .this day in age the awakening healing jounrey is lonely consious lifestyle plant based now over 5yrs feeling deeper sensetive to the shifts & allowing reconnection of inner Being Gaia with our selves in purpose & authenticity as abundance. Its not always highs even when were here raising the vibes as much as we may by awareness. as we attract our tribe yet also such a commitment & discipline alone its great to have encouragement untill its Immediate. Goals vision been for a while now & keeps getting clearer & closer is getting to migrate to Bali. Even more minimalist. its been sometime now in regards to prioritizing importance of us being here & stepping away from such a conformist society. realigning with the natural organic nature of our exsistance & simplicity of the joy to choose happy & embrace fun play & health & not materialic stratus destructivity returning to the postive impact of creativity & unity & Excited to connect with others with similar values. blessings in love Namaste Thank you ever so. bohobeautituful

I'm not vegan. I used to be vegetarian for a while but it messed up with bowels and I didn't look healthier, it also messed up my metabolism. I feel healthier eating a bit of everything and it is so difficult to keep a balanced diet when you are vegetarian or vegan and have little time. Plus, you can't force toddlers eating veggies, although I love them as a grown up I just wanted to point at the fact that cooking those delicious meals took you some time, and being in a rush for work and family doesn't allow you to do that. Besides, I noticed that the portions are really skimpy: how do you manage to eat so little? Ok you put quite a lot of fat in you recipies, I love coconut oil and milk too, but I tend do use a lot less then you and eat bigger portions (example soup. That said, I appreciate that you don't force your vegan ideology on people I guess that one should feel free to enjoy whathever he/she likes and make him/her feel good

This video and your food look so cozy. I definitely try those spaghetti - they look so funny. But every time I watch such videos I am thinking of replacing ingredients. I am not a vegetarian but I always wanted to try healthier and more natural food and it's almost impossible to gather all the ingredients. I live in a small town in Russia and exotic ingredients are very expensive or I should order them. It's really make me sad. But I will keep trying to make smth from your recipes

Well im 46 and I eat whatever I want and still look amazing for my age. Everybody thinks im late 30s at the oldest. I eat brown rice with tuna, full cream milk, pizza, pies, steak, chicken, sausages, pasta, fruit, vegetables etc. Plus chocolate and ice cream etc. Your genes and metabolism are the most important thing in looking good. Some people are lucky others not so much. Thanks mum for the good genes and I dont mean Levis lol.

Thanks for sharing your great recipes It was funny for me to watch how you make your soup cause that's quite exactly how I do my veggies soups. I do lots of variations with only zucchini, pumpkin, cauliflower, turnip cabbage or broccoli, sometimes a mixture of it. I totally love your tomato lentil sauce for the spaghetti squash. The spaghetti squash itself I'm making in a pot with a steamer basket which saves lots of time.

Delicious foodHow do you suplement B1w vitamin in your vegan diet? That is a question I have and after more than 6 years eating only vegan food I get informed about b12 vitamin and as I dont want to eat more meat or fish perhaps I should buy some quimical b12 vitamins for suplement, that feels absurd What do you think about that? Where I live there's no that kind of pumpkin spaguettis: (Thanks very much for your inspiration.

I love being vegan but just take your B12 - very important The b12 supplements are vegan, made from bacteria. We dont get enough because we scrub all the bacteria away these days ( they used to get it from dirt on the veggies etc. It can really cause major problems with your health if you dont get enough b12 and not all vegans take this seriously. Oh and omega 3 also From ground flaxseeds

All of these meals look so good I'm not even close to being vegan (yet, and I would love to change up my diet to something like this I tend to be turned off by a lot of vegans on YouTube because of the forceful way they go about sharing veganism, but I love that you guys don't seem to be forcing it on anyone at all

I wanted to be a Vegan too. :( I don't know how to start. I used to get salads for lunch, now I just eat them sometimes for dinner, but then they give me chicken too. I hate chicken. I just don't want to upset them that I'm always wanting to give away the meat. I ont kno wwhat to do without upsetting them about it.
