THIS is the perfect kind of routine I was looking for It's very well balanced with both peaceful and strong flow. I always do yoga with your videos and I thought I checked out most of them, but I can't believe I just now found out this video. This will be my sequence for tomorrow (: Thank you, as always P. S. I see you almost every day (through videos) so it kinda feels like you are one of my family members now lol

Juliana, after two months of regular practice I started to get yoga butt (upper hamstring tension and pain) which I have read is fairly common with ashtanga yoga and is the result of weak, or asymmetrically developed hip muscles. Do you have any suggestions? To be honest I didn't even know I really had hip muscles and have no idea how to develop them

Just did this as the part of Pilates challenge. Thinking that your videos truly deserves more views as people need to know yoga is so powerful yet so peaceful, that it allows you to maintain the balance, calmness in life. I loved the music and voiceover. I was even interested in some of the more unique positions. However the pacing was so fast that it was hard to me to follow along; I was constantly 3-5 reps or steps behind you because of the timing of the voiceovers and I couldnt watch you the whole time (placement/size of my screen. I love the candlelit setting That's honestly what attracted me to this video. I was in the midst of a stress/crying moment and needed something to help. I do find that the flow moved a bit too fast for my liking. I wish there were a couple of child's poses or something to break up the moves. All in all, I enjoyed it though Thanks

I love your videos so much Ive developed such a passion for yoga and its helped me overcome my eating disorder and start to get my life back on track. Your videos are so relaxing and are the perfect level of difficulty for me, they challenge me but I am still able to complete them most of the time.

This flow was so refreshing. I struggled with the star ( side planks) so just held the side plank. But I was thrilled to see that my body has become stronger and I can focus on my breaths while I hold the side plank ( full side plank. Thank you so much for these routines. Love from India. Namaste

I wanted to find a relaxing yoga routine for my evening, just before sleep. Your setting looked so beautiful, I clicked on the video. But oh boy, I am so sweaty right now. I feel great tho, I never thought this would be such a difficult routine. Thank you for sharing it with us

This is my favorite practice by you, I've been doing it all week before bed and it just feels so good But does anyone else get pain in their wrists during the side plank? I try to use my hips to lift and my core, but the tendons really really hurt Can anyone please help?
