I\'m moving to la. Maybe Debra: I moved to West Hollywood from New Mexico - film industry. However, I lived in NYC and Nashville prior to. Your accessment of LA is spot on. The cars are just far too valuable here. There is wonderful, lush vegetation, but is anyone looking? I'm so used to walking. In NY you have so much at your fingertips like coffee shops, deli, bodega, pubs, hair, clothing, etc. If not, the subway or Uber/Lifts are a big option. Things are inconveniently located here. I know NYC is turning into something of a car place, but this is crazy. And, there is such a thing as tire dust. It gets on everything. I dust all the time. Also, fashion and style--you don't see it. People feel fine leaving their abode in jammies--serious. They'll get out of their Mercs wearing yesterday's jams. and it isn't the walk of shame. It's the walk of I'm that chill. You have rain in NYC. Although you said it rained all day in June of this year. No it didn't. It drizzled a bit, but it didn't rain. Is LA in a drought? Super drought! I don't know. I guess I'm jaded. Coachella? No way. It takes 3 hours to get near Coachella without a festival.

U need to have a place in l. a. because ur already getting famous. L. A WILL SET YOU UP. FOR REAL. YOU COULD END UP DOING KARDASIAN HAIR. bro.
Just do not get a nose job. Don't get nose jobs. Neither of you. Fr. Leave ur iconic noses alone. Plus if they don't both turn out the same then it's really obvious

Try Seattle: join a strike and walk a picket line, ask every hipster you see for their pronouns, try to find the one tech-bro who doesn't wear flannel, kayak past bill gates' house, exchange all your wardrobe for second hand clothing, try not to get sick of alternative rock, cykel around naked. Seattle is Great

Brad - you just seem so NY and that's coming from a fellow born and raised NYer. I think Cali is nice to visit but - do what you want to do! I think if you can move to different place with a different vibe, then you should do it. and if you don't like it, you can always move back.

New York, no question! With a place in LA to visit. Not more time in LA. Can't you see and smell that toxic LA air?
Agreed that EVERYTHING must be planned out before you go in LA. New York is Whatever, Whenever, However!
For high energy people, NY is the ONLY place to live.

Omg you went to universal! I went a few years back but I went to the one in Orlando. I stayed at their hotel and went to all 3 parks. I was a Lil sad I didn't get to go to Jurassic Park tho. I mean I could have but we spent most of our week in the wizarding world of Harry Potter.

Brad come visit Albuquerque! Oct. 1-9 International Balloon Fiesta, Santa Fe and Taos. You would be a SUPERSTAR! So exotic and the food is great! Lots of ghost towns, Native Americans, tons of atmosphere and freedom! Lots of movies being produced! You are sooooooo invited!

Okay Brad, only love here. I an L. A. native. Life's hectic. I'd love to see you check out SF. I think it might be a bit more your vibe. But hey I'm just some stranger on the internet. I don't know everything. Just wanted to share my opinion.

LA is fun for a short period of time but New York energizes you and we East coasters are fast paced and go go go. The hardest part for me was I missed the change of seasons. As much as I complain about the cold I missed it terribly

There is no place like NY. Please I moved from the city to Long Island, NY and I feel
Totally out of place. I cant picture moving to LA. I need thing against LA. the place is truly amazing, for us to visit and vacation.

As a New Yorker (Brooklyn) hes correct. Our fashion is insane. I can be myself & no one cares. New York is just a vibe you cant get anywhere else. Im moving & im terrified because I dont think Id fit anywhere else

If you are happy just stay where you are. People move out of LA because they realize everyone is just trying to get famous off each other and there are no real real friends. Honestly its a toxic environment.

You're like me when I am trying to decide to move back to England or stay in America after living in both places for years at a time! Lol Sounds like New York is the winner for you though; )
