Whenever I bleach my hair at home something always happens. The first time I had a cat get out and then picked a fight with the neighbor's dog and I had to wash the bleach out in a panic while my kids were sobbing and my oldest was holding my bleeding hysterical cat and i have very thick hair so needles to say I got the most splotchy hair possible. Just last month I had my 11yo daughter's school call me bc she had punched a classmate.

Here's a question: What happens with these college students who use Splat in their dorm bathrooms? Splat is notorious for staining everything it touches, specifically the shower/bathtub. What happens when an RA or janitor walks in and sees what looks like evidence of a smurf massacre? Seriously, this is something I've actually been wondering about.

I have a put my hair purple hair once and it was not permanent but I have once and like I feel like if I was outside for like I would like a whole different person like in a bag to me like that purple hair Lily I dont know I dont know but my mom just said I was like OK if you do the way you do the way

The most valuable thing I've learned about bleaching my hair is that since it's SO thick I have to apply it to much larger sections. It takes so long though. I got it professionally bleached and dyed green once and the whole process took 7 and a half hours.

Hey Brad you ever try water color where you mix the hair color in a container with hot water mix it around and dip your hair in it it seems to be more of an effective way vs bowl and brush method coming from a licensed cosmetologist from NYS

My lavender turned out pink the first time, the second time it turned purple and faded to white, then blue then green and I really do enjoy just watching that happen. It'll probably turn yellow/blond next

I'm 51, and a property manager so can't go wild with color. I also have white/grey in front that I love. so am considering a layer of purple through the back. What do you think?

When I was younger, I dyed my hair pink at home and it started to burn my scalp so I washed it out immediately and it turned out orange (my natural hair color is brown)
