Brad you kinda missed the point. This idea is specifically for cutting your OWN hair because using scissors requires you to look away from the mirror while you cut. Its also mainly for face framing and blending, not a whole head.

Weird I have on occasion used nail clippers to cut off damage hair. once I burned my hair on a candle I didn't have any sharp shears so I used clippers to trim off the damaged hair. It was only about 50 hairs mind you.

Lol the sharp comment kills me, I as a parent have discovered that those blunt scissors they give little kids that don't cut paper actually cut hair. I discovered this when my son cut his 4 year old sister's hair.

Oh how this video reminded me of the time I drove two hours to cut my brothers hair and half way there realized I forgot to bring my tools. I ended up using curved manicure scissors. It was a nightmare.
