Me personally, as a curly hair girl who gives myself wolf cuts, I NEED to point cut and I'll never understand the shade towards point cutting when I consider it a necessity for almost every haircut. There is nothing worse than blunt edges in my opinion, I don't think it looks good on anyone UNLESS you have a blunt bob. I stopped going to hairdressers because they never would do it and I'd go home trying to point cut my layers which would take forever because they left them blunt and unblended. Point cutting blends the bluntness, it's ESSENTIAL as far as I'm concerned. Honestly I don't trust the opinion of any hair professional who doesn't point cut.

What's crazy is that she was complaining about a previous haircut not layering enough and then she left half of the back out of the ponytail!
I did this haircut about 1 1/2 years ago and loved it, although, for me, I decided to go ahead and trim the back a bit so I don't have a tail. Tried the Wolf cut as a trim and didn't like it at all. Doesn't work with my curly hair or the way I style.
Please, people, follow the directions! They're easy and pretty much infallible.

Just had my pink purple and blue hair cut into an inverted bob. I did Brad mondos 4 ponytail method on a mad one and cut 8 inches off to make a bob. Then went to a processional to finish it. Im here looking for inspo and info on purple riot (or something like that name) in violet and silver. Heeelp

Not long ago i cut my hair just like the two front bits after i went to the hair dresser because i was bored, i think i did a good job because my mother thought my hairdresser cut it. I thought she would have told me i cut it but she didn't so i was surprised she thought my hairdresser did it

Dearest Brad, I would be so appreciative if you would do a video (or even a short) for us girlies who have type 1A hair and it literally won’t do anything but hang straight with no volume. Even when I blow it out within the hour it’s back to its old, lifeless self. Help!

So um I tried to partially use an electric leg shaver to help do my hair in an extra long extra angled bob. When I went to the stylist for help, upon looking at how bad my hair was, she couldn’t stop laughing. And it was funny. And she did a wonderful job fixing it.

I use the butterfly cut turorial as a way to cut my ends in a methodical fashion as I am unable to do it evenly in the back of my head otherwise. So usually I only cut like 1-2 cm of hair and every time I do I hear brad scream in my head you need to cut moooorreee! xD

I used the double ponytail in the two sections (total of 4 ponytails) and it was totally bomb. My hair looks so great. I have been asking for layering from professional styling and never did they give me what I wanted but I did it and love it

I don't get it. My hair looks like the first girl maybe a little more wavy but when I go to a haircutter here in Belgium the never want to cut layers. Ever. They always tell me a straight cut is the best. Doesn't matter witch hairdresser I go to.

I used to watch Brads videos all the time. Unfortunately the last 4 months or so I had stopped due to the swearing and Brad's demeanor changed. I decided to check out his videos again. Glad I did. He seem like the old Brad i loved to watch.

Can we collectively explain to Brad. Not all hair is easy to part. Especially when it is damp or wet. And no your fingers don't work that well, you will likely need a comb for straight parts and not zigzags

Brad, your education in cutting curls is lacking. You aren't supposed to cut wavy or curly hair when it is wet, it distorts the natural pattern, leaving for an uneven haircut. Go back to beauty school

I wish my hair would get long enough to do this again. Almost 2 years ago, I lost my hip length hair to chemo. I have no hairstyle yet. I have, welp. It kinda grew into a mullet, so there's that.

Every time I cut my hair, it's instant afro, which is fine, I embrace my heritage BUT for some reason I forget between short cuts v when I let it grow out, so it's a surprise every time

So my hairdresser said you can really mess up cutting curly hair as it’s more noticeable Baby has curly hair, I cut my husband’s all the time but the curl is throwing me off
