You may have already read it, but one of my favourite books for summer is The Time Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger. It's not a jolly romp through the meadow but it's very beautiful. And quite different (in my opinion better) to the film adaptation. Love your videos. Summer Skin is one of my favourite songs too Very poignant.

I don't know about it being a perfect summer book but you should read Graceling by Kristin Cashore It's so good. There are two other books that go with it as well. Fire and Bitterblue great reads

I recommend We Were Liars by E Lockhart for summer reading: ) it's short, really intriguing and all takes place during summers of the narrator's teenage years so perfect for summer reading: )
