It's about time for some easy and quick workout hairstyles. This tutorial will have you ready for the gym in no time Carina Helene D: These Hairstyles look nice, but I couldn't wear these for the kind of sport I do. I do Ju-Jutsu, which is a form of martial arts centered around self defense. My friend and I both have long hair and we always do ponytails for workout, but that makes us step onto each others hair a lot. So for workout we would need a hairstyle that is kind of an updo, but it can't involve bobby pins. All the hair has to be secured to the head, so there's nothing left we could step onto, but when I do a normal bun, it's weight always loosens my ponytail when I run or jump or do any harsh movements. That might be a bit of a challenge, but I would be very happy if you had a soulution for my hair situation at Ju-Jutsu. Thank you for your amazing tutorials and keep going: )

Love this I hate wearing ponytails to work out (am I the only one) because my hair is super thick and it ends up touching my neck anyway, I'll usually get a headache from making it tight enough to withstand all the bouncing, plus the ends get super tangled. My go to workout hairstyle is a braid or double Dutch braids, but I'm excited to try these out

All these hairstyles are super cute and great for the gym, but sadly I personally can't use these because I do Jiu-jitsu and often you hair comes out from your head being on the floor so much. Do you have any recommendations for tight hairdos that could withstand some grappling? I'd greatly appreciate the advice

The hairstyles work well enough for the fitness studio or something like that, but did you ever try any sort of martial arts with unbraided ponytails or buns? That does not work at all and neither do Fluffed up anything. Ideas for something really close to the head that still get all of the stray hairs please?

These are cute, but not what I could wear to work out. If I have a single hair that's loose enough to touch my face it drives me nuts. I have to do a tight bun with any bangs I have pinned down with clips, and then I put on a stretchy headband to hold any flyaways so that my hair isn't even an afterthought.

Hi Kayley I love all your videos so much Would you be able to do a full product recommendation that are best for fine hair? I personally dont care for products that are highly fragranced; my skin is pretty sensitive so the more well-formulated the better Id love to see a full routine made for this type of hair

I think the pigtail hair styles are so cute I could wear all these hair styles to the gym and to work But this girl at my job always says how much she and he husband hates pigtails and they look like a little girl so ever since for some reason Im scared to wear any pigtail hair style

Great video Kayley: D I do gymnastics and my latest hairthing is to do three dutchbraids going back to a looped bun. One at the top of my head and one at either side. It keeps all my babyhairs from my face and if the bun gets loose and messed up i can easily re-do only the bun. Hugs x

When I do sports I like to make easy but efficient (fast to do and strong) hairstyles. This are the kind of ideas which I like to do Thank you for sharing them Also I always try doing braids but Im not good at them so most of the time I do the ponytail.

They look so cute but I could never wear them for ballet. The braids would fly around and hit me in the face when doing pirouettes and the buns wouldn't last either. It is really difficult to find anything but a bun that is secure enough and doesn't leave any hair out.
