Hi Guys, So many Comments, I thought I was the only one in the whole universe not getting the results, but this video proved how frustrating when you do not get any result and way too time consuming. my hair doesn't hold up with any attachments whatsoever. Every time I used prestyler brush or barrel attachments, within 5 mins its double frizzy. the first time I did the curls, it took an hour and half. I went to the shopping mall with my family feeling very happy of using new technology, I looked into the one of the shopfront mirrors, I looked like zombie, my kids and husband felt the same thing. I was thinking may be I haven't done in right way, I tried and tried every single day washing and doing the whole process thinking may be just may be I could get the hang of it. its been 3 weeks, I decided to return the product.

I really like your review on this product. Seems super genuine and like how you tried it over a week in different ways. I bought one a few weeks ago and love it. Im not a hair stylist or guru- In fact Im a motorcycle mechanic- and before this product I only owned a hair dryer that I only ever used on my fringe. I found this product super easy for myself to use. I loved the results I managed to get compared to my usual air dried hair. I think this product is great for people with next to no coordination or people who may not know that much about hair tools. It comes with everything. Anyway, love how everyone is having different experiences with this tool. At least we do all agree on the crazy cost of it

Mine totally ruined my hair. I bought one and it simply didn't work the curls would instantly fall out. A lady who also had one tried mine and said it was blatantly faulty and wasn't doing the right thing. I also kept getting a burning smell and it kept cutting out. I took it back and they had none in stock anywhere so I had to have a refund. 6 months later and my hair is absolutely trashed and frizzy. I tried emailing dyson and they said they couldn't do any more about my case. I am now going to have to pay to have a conditioning treatment as my hair is in such a bad state. My daughter who is 8 also occasionally used it and hers is visibly damaged also. Never again.

I made it to the end. I watched this because my friend told me she was going to buy this for her mom and she told me the price. My jaw dropped, that's insanely overpriced and now watching your video. My 30 conair straightener can do a way better job than all of that combined and stay for days. My hair is naturally wavy curls and frizzy and puffy, and yup got them baby hairs also. HaI would never by that and even after your review. It confirms my choice Thank you for this review, I'm sharing it with my friend so she can be aware. I don't want anyone I know dropping that much money on something that hardly works. Whether it works for others or not. Yikes

I have it and i love it yes it doesnt hold the curl without product but a little hairspray will do the trick also u have hair that drys fairly straight, for a person as myself my hair drys frizzy like frizzy frizzy and i usually have to flat iron before curling and that takes a good 1 or 1. 5hrs not to mention having to blow dry it before even using the flat iron (im sweating by the time i finish the blowdry as my hair is long)So using the dyson i found i could pre dry my wet hair straight out the shower until its damp and start curling skipping a step and a half. My hair drys as its curling finish with a spray of hairspray and done.

Its really weird how bad this worked for you lol. I tested it out once before and it took about 15 seconds on each section and the curls came out beautiful and lasted a good amount of time too ( for the record my hair never holds curl for more then 6 hours lol) and Ive seen some YouTube videos where it took 15 seconds per section and the curls actually came out good and the YouTuber was happy with the results but also some youtubers had the same issue as you so Im not really sure what you could of possibly did wrong I think it just depends on the persons hair because it seems like you did it correctly

Personally loving the product. My hair is 23 long and naturally wavy, dry and blonde with highlights. When I went to dyson store and they showed me how to use all the attachments they told me that curling attachments they are not supposed to work like curling iron, they are just to cut down time with drying and styling your hair so they look nice and wavy. With my hair type volume and bouncy curls-waves stay all day and they look shiny. Naturally my waves are frizzy and look like a just woke up When I use airwrap I look like I just had blowout at hair salon. ( sorry for my English)

Kayley, your hair is a bit fine in texture and will most likely never respond to hot air curling. You are going to have to stick with product and curling irons. Also, you never got the wand wrapped tight against your scalp. I know you can't touch the scalp because of the heat however, your base was never wrapped and you had the wand pulled so far down each section, it never had a chance to curl. You must stop dragging out the base. I think your hair is beautiful what ever you do to it. It is shinny and healthy and you can wear it any way you choose, and look great.

Kayley, I have had exactly the same experience. For weeks I tried altering a thing at a time hoping for lasting curls, but nothing worked. I discussed this with a hairdresser friend and it comes down to this. some hair types just dont hold a curl. She advised trying various styling hold products until finding one that worked on my hair. Its very frustrating after spending so much money and thinking this tool is the answer to your hair problems. Thank you for your detailed and honest review - good to know Im not the only one.
