Kayley - I hope you will answer this for me. My hair is fine, but lots of it. Length is only down just past my shoulderblades, which isn't great cause all they do is flip up. My hair has gotten frizzy and dry (from a recent surgery) so it needs some help. Soooo- any shampoo recommendation? I us3 oil on the ends every night. But. I'm going to get a cut/style. Should I just do the blunt cut so I'll have more options, OR I'm th8nking of short, nape of neck, undercut on at least one side, but bangs and other left long (below chin) to give sass and more options. PLEASE give me your thoughts. My FACE is long, thin, high forehead - wh8chbis why I have choppy bangs.

Ok I need to find those Revlon clips now. Not just for workouts, but for work. I have to wear a hat which always slides off my head anyway so I use snap clips to hold the hat on (it still somehow manages to slide off my head sometimes; I don't even know how that happens lol) but my baby hairs still manage to escape. So they stick out all over the place outside of the hat. I look ridiculous at work. Could totally use that method to help control things daily

That last one, with the dutch braids, is one of my go-to hairstyles when I need to have my hairt up for work I usually tie the braids into a ponytail with a cool scrunchie, and if I have time, I'll do a loose, pulled apart normal braid out of the ponytail as well; ) For sure gonna try those baby hair tricks I have A LOT of baby hair, it's not even cute, and bobby pins don't seem to work. Gonna have to find me some stylish snap clips

Could you please show us some hairstyles for swimming, both for swim team and just normal? Whenever I don't wear my cap (or it slips off, which happens every time I put protective product in my hair) my layers get all in my face and my hair gets REALLY dry, and I was wondering if you could maybe help with some cute-yet-protective styles? Love these hairstyles, by the way. So glad you're back to regular posting

I love to do two dutch braids for working out. I find ponytails or buns end up falling out or getting messy especially while doing high intensity stuff like running or HIIT, or if you're doing any move involving laying on on your back on the ground, like ab exercises or hip thrusts. The dutch braids can withstand any type of workout and still look cute when the rest of you is a sweaty, tired mess lol

That layered 2-ponytail hack that you did a while ago and showed again in this vid is literally life-changing. I tell random women on the street, I am not even kidding. It completely got rid of ponytail headaches and allows me to have a perky, voluminous pony even though I have a ton of heavy hair. I try to part it differently every time to minimize damage. 11/10 hack.

I often will do a single braid or just twin braids. other times I like doing a half-up, half-down ponytail which brings the center of gravity lower. My hair is too heavy to do a high ponytail for martial arts training. Spin kicks and heavy ponytails do not mix lol. I'd like to do french braids more though, but I'm out of practice

Omg love these I'm not a gym bunny but it is SO windy atm that I've worn the same hairstyle for almost 2 weeks straight (the belle one but braid all the way down) and I'm just like yaaaassssss new hair. Esp helps having it go from robin to lemon in one easy fluff so I can walk to work, then fluff when I get there thank you

These are great I do both, but I'm always looking for more of the ath-leisure look for when my husband and I travel to his home country, Bulgaria. We love to hike in the mountains there and I'm always lookng for a hairstyle that holds in the wind but is also photographable. It is our vacation after all. :) Thanks for these

Oh man that headband trick would've been useful years ago I used to line my head with snappy clips and just left em cause all the headbands I ever wore just popped right off my little head haha but gotta keep the baby hairs in line Somehow never thought to clip the band. maybe I was out of clips at that point haha
