Today I m going to be doing a design inspired by Barbara Olivari.
You can do this with a stamping tool but you can use backing paper. I m going to pop my four colours onto the backing paper and then fold it over to squish them together and cure the whole thing. I m then going to use Bottoms Up as a base colour.
I ll wipe over the gel polish with Gel Residue Remover and then cut out the section I want to use into leaf shapes. I ll then remove the backing paper and stick them to the nail. I m then going to use Champange Bubbles to make some long lines.
I ll then Matte Top Coat and file the edges down. I m going to use Serious Black to add in my detail. I m going to finish with Matte Top Coat all over and Shiny Top Coat on the Gold.
Lainey: Could you do some Southwestern Native American geometric designs with Turquoise, Coral and Sliver? Lots of inspo if you Google Turquoise and Coral ring. I've had the one with the triangles in my family for 2 generations. Date: 2020-09-28
