I'm not entirely certain that Naio isn't throwing the baby out with the bathwater with this old matte vs. new matte. I mean, I'm sure some people really like that satin look I've been buffing the top coat because the matte top coat I have is more of a satin than a true matte, and I appreciate Kirsty for teaching us this method. But I haven't thrown out the bottle of matte-that's-really-satin topcoat, either, and I'm not going to throw it out for times when a satin finish might be what's needed. If a client had a prom, graduation, or bride's maid dress in satin or taffeta that she wanted to match, I could use it as a satin finish. So, in _my_ humble opinion, they should just continue to sell it as a satin finish topcoat.

Oh my goodness I cannot wait for Your to do a design with your new Matte coat nail Polish, You're right it does look Like velvet, Halloween is coming up I would love to see maybe a black matte background with some shiny pumpkins, Or maybe Some white ghost Fading in to a blue or purple, I bet those matte colors would make an awesome umbrae, I have so many ideas as always sending peace love and joy your way

I hate the milkiness of most mattes. Like you said, it's more of a satin finish. Because of that, anytime I do a matte finish, I've just been using Kirsty's trick of using a shiny top coat, buffing it and then cleaning it. This one might just be worth buying though.

Oh thank God. I was just working with the old one the other day, and to be honest, it's the only Naio Nails product I've ever been disappointed in. So glad they decided to revamp that and here's to hoping it'll work better

The constant volume changes drive me crazy on your videos. I love watching you but every 2 seconds I'm adjusting my volume. 1 second its screaming in mic and the next you wisper. please try to keep somewhat steady for our ears.

I swear naio nails has the most pigmented gels that you could get away with one coat with most of them. Everytime someone asks me what acrylic or polish I prefer or recommend the only option is naio nails.

Oh wow, I'm surprised by how much of a difference there was between the two. The new one really is way more matte. Is it just me or does the matte effect make the nail look flatter?
