Hi, Today, Im going to create a 4D Butterfly. Start be creating an Ombre on the nail. Seal it with top coat and cure. Use the matte side of a piece of backing paper to create a stencil for the butterfly. Use a reference image. Start creating the butterfly on the backing paper. Follow your stencil, start with the background of the image and work towards the foreground. Next, create the body with Brisbane Bronze. Make sure the body and the wings are connected securely and add shadows between the wings and around the edges. Then, take black polycolour to add detail, creating veins and shadows. Use Snow White to create dots. Use clear acrylic to adhere the butterfly to the nail and then to reinforce the nail

I absolutely love butterflies When you were talking about accents I remembered about a time when I was voice chatting with two of my friends who live in the UK (I live in the United States, my one friend has a very thick Geordy accent (hope I spelt that right) and sometimes I wouldn't understand what she said and my other friend would translate. One day they were talking and I didn't understand them and I said please speak American, I don't speak English

Absolutely gorgeous They say a butterfly flapping it's wings has world wide affects and I felt that awesomeness here (America; specifically Las Vegas, NV) I'd keep that beauty encased in a small clear box just because it's that amazingI wish I was there to get my nails done by you. I'd be your nail model in a heartbeat I'm not picky, whatever you wanted I'd be happy with.

mimosa hummm love that drink and love your butterfly so amazing you are a remarkable artist. the body of the monarch is hidden between the wings so you are right to question. it does go the hole lenght of the wings. you only see a part of it on the pic you looked at. but don't mind me i'm just a little obcessive lol.

don't get me wrong I love your work love your vids but feels like ages since you've done a whole set, or even showing how you would incorporate the tip designs into a set it's great being able to do these designs but would love to see how you would incorporate some of these tips into a set

Hey, heres an idea. Why dont you tape a box shape on the table for close ups so that when Kirsty does close up detail like painting this butterfly, she knows to keep her hands inside the box so the project doesnt go off camera anymore. Then you can zoom in on the box and not have to worry about it.

Oh Kirsty I would LOVE 4 you to come to Tulare, California. I'd love 4 you to do this design on my nails. You are the only 1 I'd trust to do my nails. I'm so glad God made u. I get to enjoy watching your talent. Heck I'd love to hang this butterfly on my wall.

Fai wouldn't wear THAT specific nail, it's too short Disclaimer: I don't know if it's practice to put this nail on people or if you have to just recreate them on their nails. Got to educate myself. Gonna watch more of your videosP. s. I loveLOVElove you and Adam

i don't mean to hurt anyone or be offensive but i really really wanna know how do they wipe their ass after pooping with such long nails? and it's a v genuine question and i want a genuine answer.

I like how short your nails are Kirsty. nice for a change. I feel like your one of the girls especially with one missing. I never know how you do things with really long nails. this was very therapeutic to watch

omg i would totally want a scaled down version of this so gorgeous i think a lil 3d butterfly on each hand as a wow factor would be very classy and a bit more practical for everyday wear
