Today I m going to follow a tiktok tutorial for the glitch effect.
I m going to start by removing the oils and then two layers of Snow White. I m then going to Matte Top Coat. We re going to do the TikTok logo which is kind of like a backwards, fancy t in Serious Black.
I m then going to follow the tutorial and use red on one side and blue on the other. I m then going to do the horizontal lines coming off the side before going back in with the white to add gaps. I m going to finish with Matte Top coat.
