Im going to show you how to create a wood effect using Permanent markers. Im going to lay down a base of Barley Fields, doing 2 coats. Im going to remove the sticky layer with Gel Residue Wipe Off Solution. Im then going to draw lines top to bottom in the permenant maker. The more you apply, the darker it will be. What Im going to do next is add in some knots in the form of circles, then Im going to go back over, dodging the knot. Add another little circle in the centre of the knot to add some definition. Next Im going to take Gel Residue Wipe off Solution on a 3D brush and remove some of the brown permanent marker to create space for some leaves. Use green marker to fill in those gaps and go back over with the 3D brush to lighten up the centre of the leaves, leaving in some vines. Once its dry, were going to add top coat and cure it. You can also add some bling if you want

I wonder if she ever sells the nail art she does on these sample nails, especially the fairy tale art work like Alice in Wonderland and the Beauty and the Beast nail sets? I bet if they went up for auction on eBay they could make a pretty penny. They are beautiful works of art. I can also understand if she doesn't want to part with them. If I could make something that amazing I would have trouble letting it go too.

Barley Fields is the perfect color. It would look good on everybody. It is elegant. It would look good at a wedding or running a marathon. I have to give Naio credit, you do think outside of the box when it comes to colors. This nail also so reminds me of rustic Christmas. Just add red stones to to the gold. This is very creative.

Mind blown This is so cool but looks pretty easy. Thank you I just passed my Nail Boards and I am fairly intimidated by nail art. I freaking love nail art but it can be overwhelming when youre starting out. This one looks like a great one for us newbies.

I wish I was do good as you. Your videos are awesome. How can I prevent my nails from lifting at the Cutical? I don't do nails on other people I'm doing it on my own. I'm practicing on my own nails but geez it's lifting evertime

It's only 930am & you have gotten me wanting ice cream. Looks like I will have to get a small bowl of raspberry cheesecake ice cream from Gelato. I love your videos. The nail designs are amazing

Looks so very nice and not so difficult to made some wooden nails. Dear Kristy can you do like what you did on 'Alice in wonderland', but then with a different theme? I like those nails you make.

If you don't have the GRWOS can you use alcohol? and if so what % do you have to use? I've got 70% and tried a sharpie technique and it didn't spread the color
