Hey Guys Kirsty Meakin here In today's video, I'm going to be doing a flame nail I'll start out by attaching a form to the natural nail, then I will dehydrate and prime the nail using the nail prep dehydrator and ultra bond primer, next I will create a clear acrylic base and while it's still wet add a few pieces of mylar. With the mylar, in place, I will complete the acrylic extension using clear and encapsulating the mylar Allow a few moments for the acrylic to set up and then pinch the nail, once pinched we can remove the nail form and file into a stiletto shape and then buff the nail. Now its time for the flames the colours I'm going to be using are Jammy Devil, Jaffa Cake and Carambola. Using a detailing brush I will cover the nail bed using Jammy Devil, next ill adds Jaffa Cake blending into the Jammy devil and starting to create my flames, next I will finish the tips of my flames using carambola and blending through into the Jaffa Cake. Once the base of our flames is completed ill top coat using the urban graffiti top coat, then buff the nail to help the acrylic paint to stick to the nail, then we will use black acrylic paint a pinstripe a line right around our flame. Then we will add Acrygel near the cuticle, apply top coat over the Acrygel and place our bling and then cure Finish with cuticle oil and that's it Lots of Love KM xoxox

LOVE the flames on the clear nail The black really did make the flames POP As someone who sees flames on her body every single day, bravo It's really shocking how much Andrea's flames look like the flames on my one and only tattoo. I gave myself the tattoo as a half-birthday present the day I turned 29 1/2, because I knew if I waited until I was 30 that I'd never do it. So I got a flaming heart that was once over my heart, roughly. It's lower now, but not quite to my stomach. yet. (My son's first tattoo is a more masculine (and bigger) version of my flaming heart tattoo, in roughly the same place mine _was. _ He took a photo of mine and took it to the tattoo artist to copy. He said he got it because he didn't want that traditional Mom in a heart tattoo that a lot of guys get as their first ink) Such is the nature of aging, and let me just say, getting older isn't for wussies You need to be tough to get through stiff joints, knees that might buckle at any moment, and forgetting all sorts of stuff, all the time.
