Fellow insomniac here. When it's mild I find counting backwards from a highish random number like 398 or 87 (100 works well too, but you want to keep your brain on its toes) in 3 's or 7's DOWNWARDS, ie if 3: 100, 97, 94, 91, 88, or 7: 100, 93, 86, 79, 72. and so on. The theory behind it is that it works on several neurological levels. It is both complicated enough to keep you focused on the task AND it is boring as Fck, which in combination actually does work at least some of the time. Never thought it would work for a dyslexic like me If you want any more tips, just leave a comment here and I'll reach out to you through IG. Xxxx

I think the Rosy Cheeks is my favorite. My skin has a cool undertone and my nail beds are quite pink, naturally. I think that shade would look very nice on my nails. Edited to add: When I have trouble sleeping, which is often, or need to change my sleep routine to a much earlier bed time I like melatonin. It's good to help you get a few zzzs on planes and trains, too. Insomnia is often one of peri-menopause's first symptoms, too. My sleep cycle went bonkers when I was diagnosed as peri-menopausal at 42. Now it's my fibromyalgia that fs with my sleep requirements. And why I'm _still_ up at 5: 24 Pacific Daylight Time. :-/

In school our professor taught us a trick to falling asleep fast. I know its weird but when you go to sleep open your mouth. That will open the frontal bone (forehead) and will relax your brain. While doing that you can meditate. Counting sheep really really slowly too. It use to take me 4 hours to fall asleep and now Im a sleep in a few minutes. Btw love the new product.

My favourites are: Rose Quarts, Bed of Roses and Koucha. That clear really blows me away though I think gel clear looks much clearer than acrylic clear. Gels tend to look more like glass but acrylic doesn't have that same quality, it seems heavier somehow. I'm so glad you swatched these for us. BTW, I found the spinning wheel amusing too

Fellow insomniac here. Ive had trouble sleeping for so many years. I tried ambien, melatonin, lavender, meditation, yoga, deep breathing exercises, etc. and none of that truly helped. I now use marijuana edibles about an hour before I go to bed and its the best sleep ever Could not be happier with the results.

Tips on trying to sleep: Try to take a 20 to 30 min walk or run an then a nice bath or shower with a soothing bath bomb. It helps me if I can't sleep. An I also don't have any tv or phone in my room. You could watch a meditation session online 30mins before you head to bed. Hope you get rest. One love girl

Just a thought, Kirsty. Maybe you could sell labeled swatch wheels. This way techs could use it to color match their clients prior to purchasing. I keep a client card for each of my clients and there is a place where I note things like color preferences.

I've used this to strengthen and slightly lengthen my nails which have been a bit weaker lately and I'm so pleased with how easy it's been to apply and learn to create a good apex. I've had lots of comments about how much they look like natural nails.
