We re going to do snakeskin in this video but with Chrome Flakes!
I m going to start with sculpting out a Clear Stiletto nail as usual and file and buff. I m going to paint the nail with Serious Black and Topcoat with matte. I m then going to use regular top coat and create some oblong shapes for the snake skin scales. I m then going to use my chrome flakes and rub it into the nail with my finger. I ll finish with Top Coat to seal it all in Date: 2020-07-14
